We’ve dusted off Grandma’s good silverware for a formal affair in The Dining Room. Enjoy four delicious courses of the best Tassie produce and free-flowing wines from our favourite Tassie Vineyards. Indulge in the trimmings while taking in the unsurpassed views of the Yarra River & Melbourne’s skyline.
Christmas Lunch in The Dining Room is a popular Melbourne tradition, and tickets for this limited-seated lunch will sell out fast. Don’t miss out on Devonport line-caught fish, Scottsdale rare breed pork, and Pyengana Dairy Pavlova.

A more ‘casual’ Christmas Lunch is on offer in Pure South Kitchen. Enjoy the relaxed summer atmosphere of the Southbank Promenade and the sounds of the Yarra River as you dine waterfront with friends and family. While Pure South Kitchen is a less formal affair, Executive Chef David Hall has not compromised on our offering. You’ll find produce from St Helens Oysters, Hardy Family Octopus, Hanslow Farm Ducks and the very best of King Island Beef.
