Celebrate Mother’s Day with a curated menu by Executive Chef David Hall, bringing you the best Tasmanian Produce. Start lunch with a toast to Mum and a complimentary glass of NV Kreglinger Sparkling for the leading lady.

As you look out across the Yarra River and the Melbourne skyline, enjoy house-baked Wattleseed Sourdough with house-churned butter. Entrees have been thoughtfully crafted with Tasmanian Rock Lobster, Hardy Family Octopus or Confit free-range Duck Leg, sourced from Hanslow’s farm. 

Chef David Hall has featured the very best Tasmanian Eye Filet from King Island, Delicate Rannoch Farm Quail and Cressy Lamb from the Tasmanian midlands. 

Finish on a sweet note with Pyengana Diary Farm Brulee or Bruny Island ‘Saint’ cheese, alongside housemade lavosh and whipped Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey.
