You’re invited to indulge in an intimate dinner showcasing one of the best Western Australian wineries matched with our stunning Tasmanian produce.
Your hosts for the evening will be Singlefile co-founder Patrick Corbett & Wine Club manager Megan Belcher. They will guide you through the wines, and the story of Singlefile Wines. This is a rare opportunity to taste some very limited-edition wines, and to meet the people who make them.
The nine wines, including some from their Limited Release collection, and a handpicked selection of new and museum releases, paired to a five-course dinner.
Chef David Hall has created a menu to match, using some of our most exciting seasonal produce, including oysters from St Helens, scallops, quail and new season lamb.
