Every Tuesday from 5pm, our kitchen comes alive with the sizzle of premium beef on the grill. Join us for our signature offering: a 250g dry aged King Island Beef Porterhouse from Millwood Station (best cooked to medium rare), served with twice cooked chips and a fresh herb salad, all for just $39.

Complete your steak experience with our complimentary house-made peppercorn sauce or garlic & herb butter, or upgrade to our Chef’s special bordelaise sauce for just $2 more. To complement your meal perfectly, we offer $10 Moo Brew Pale Ale and $10 Victorian Shiraz specials throughout the evening.

There’s something special about knowing where your food comes from. Our King Island Beef is lovingly raised at Millwood Station by Fred and Shona Perry, a family who believes that working with nature—not against it—is the key to exceptional produce.

Fred’s philosophy is beautifully simple: follow the seasons, respect the environment, and never stop learning. This dedication to continuous improvement while honouring traditional farming methods is evident in every cut of beef that reaches our Southbank kitchen.

King Island’s pristine environment provides the perfect setting for the Perrys’ approach. In line with Tasmania’s strict laws, added hormones and genetically modified organisms are prohibited on the island, ensuring that each porterhouse we serve is, as Fred would say, “exactly as nature intended.”

With a marble score of 1+, this naturally exclusive beef offers a tenderness and flavour profile that speaks to both the island’s clean environment and the Perry family’s unwavering commitment to quality. Each bite tells the story of King Island‘s nutrient-rich pastures where cattle graze freely, resulting in beef that’s truly exceptional.
