A hand picked list of wines from Bream Creek, Josef Chromy, Spring Vale, Moores Hill and Ghost Rock will be poured by the winemakers themselves who look forward to mingling and chatting with you throughout the evening.
Chef David Hall has created exciting new dishes to match the wines chosen for the dinner. We are flying in fresh new season scallops from Stanley, St Helens oysters and more. Expect tastes of Wagyu, rare breed pork; the best of the winter season.
