Your hosts for the evening will be Selector’s Paul Diamond, Josef Chromy winemaker Jeremy Dineen, and two unique farmer-producers who contribute their ethical, free-range produce to the menu. For over 14 years, we has been developing relationships
with Tasmania’s farmers, fishermen and artisan producers to ensure the very finest ingredients for the seasonally changing menu.

From King Island beef to St Helens oysters and Bass Strait scallops, executive chef, David Hall and his team are spoilt for choice when it comes to fresh inspiration, plating up sumptuous creations the whole year through. With some of the finest ingredients paired with the award-winning quality of Josef Chromy wines, this will be a dinner to remember – seats are limited.
