On Friday, 1st September, 2023, Pure South Dining hosted an exclusive Tasmanian-inspired wine dinner that delighted wine enthusiasts and culinary aficionados alike. The event featured nine award-winning wines, including Australia’s most celebrated sparkling wines, expertly paired with a six-course menu showcasing the finest Tasmanian produce.

Guests were guided through the evening by esteemed sparkling winemaker Ed Carr, who shared insights into the craftsmanship behind each wine. The meticulously curated menu highlighted the synergy between the wines and the exceptional ingredients sourced from Tasmania’s pristine landscapes.
